Sorry, there's absolutely no reason to stay in Dropbox, starting with their "nice" Terms Of Service... if want something on the kind - which isn't really the same game GDrive's playing - you should check out SpiderOak: http://paulasimoesblog.wordpress.com/2011/09/26/spideroak-alternativa-ao-dropbox/

Those are your reason to choose a service over another, not mine. I don't store sensitive data in Dropbox, and their TOS doesn't bother me at all. Besides, I also have an SpiderOak account but still prefer the Dropbox's simpler approach.

Also removing Dropbox. Wanting permission to access my accounts and passwords in the mobile phone is enough to quit.
